Q: How does your travel fee work? A: Our travel fee is a charge used to cover the price of gas and time in our Cincinnati mover's vehicles to reach and follow you throughout the Cincinnati Tri-State area. We do not charge hourly for travel time as many services do. Our time doesn't begin until we arrive at your home or business and stops once we leave. The travel fee works as follows:

Our rates are affordable because we don't have our own fleet of trucks
to pay for. Other companies are charging you for their truck's
maintenance, gas, and multiple insurances, as well as the cost of
employee labor and profit. The Move Cheap® Cincinnati Movers have cut out nearly all the middle men and made moving more economical for you!
Q: Do you hire real employees? A: Yes! Our movers aren't contractors or day labor, but employees who pay taxes and whom we carry workman's compensation and unemployment on. If one of our movers are injured on your property, you will never have to worry about being sued.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash or money order. Sorry, we no longer accept checks.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes, a $40.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your move. This $40.00 deposit will be fully credited back to the total cost of your completed moving services. If you need to reschedule your move, the deposit will transfer to the new date. If you cancel your move completely, the deposit will be lost.
Q: Do I need to provide my own moving equipment?Q: How does your hourly minimum work? A: All jobs (except the micro moving service) require a two hour minimum. When ordering your service, you are given the option to order more time based on the suggestion of you, one our estimators, or our online moving calculator. In the event that you pre-order more time, you will be held responsible to pay the entire time you have ordered. If you only choose to order the two hour minimum, we can not guarantee that we will be able to stay past the two hours due to other customer reservations.
A: At the Move Cheap Cincinnati Movers we supply all of our own tools, dollies, moving straps, and other equipment free of charge to make the stress of moving less aggravating and inexpensive to you. Customers ARE still responsible for consumable goods such as moving pads, blankets, & tie down rope, which can generally be rented or purchased from wherever you choose to rent your truck from.
Q: Are you a licensed company? A: Yes we are. In the state of Ohio we are licensed as a LLC or Limited Liability Corporation. Q: Are you an insured company?
A: We are insured with Liability and Care & Custody insurances. We will always be happy to show you proof of insurance when requested. You're covered with us!
Q: Are your movers screened? A: Absolutely! Our Cincinnati movers have been processed through a background check so that you can be sure no criminals are entering your home or business.
Q: Will you drive my rental truck? A: Unfortunately, we do not drive any trucks. In the state of Ohio, you must be registered with The Public Utilities Commission and obtain a PUCO number to do so. As this is a very expensive transaction, Move Cheap® LLC has chosen not to so that we may keep our customer's prices as affordable as possible.
